HOW?

WQS will teach you the mains styles of negotiators and the benefits and drawbacks to each kind. We will also give you the basic styles from the major trading areas around the world - North America, South America, major European countries, Asia, Middle East and Africa. Knowing the culture and negotiating style of those we do business with is a major key for successful negotiations. We teach you how to prepare for your negotiation and how to read the cues and respond to the verbal and non-verbal responses your receive. We teach you the major pitfalls to avoid and how be courteous yet command respect.

I have over twelve years of teaching experience with eight years of teaching in Mainland China and four years teaching in the USA.
